Guarantee

When arriving at our distribution centre, your order is checked and prepared for distribution by our quality control staff.
If your garment exhibits a production-related error, you will receive a new dress or your deposit back
You have 7 weekdays to make a complaint about a production-related error.

How long will it take before I will receive what I have ordered?
It takes approximately 6 to 8 weeks from the day that you have made you payment.

How will I know that the garment will fit me?
All of Migezan’s garments are designed by your submitted measurement.

What if I would find a dress that I like but I would like it in a different colour?
Migezan offers you 215 different colour combinations on all of the dresses. Chose a model that you like and then the colour that you prefer!

How do I pay?
When you have submitted your order, you will receive a confirmation of you order and an invoice. The invoice has to be paid in 10 days. The delivery date of you order depend on the date of payment. All orders are to be paid in advance since all garments are produced according to your submitted measurements.

Can I hire a garment from Migezan?
No.

What if I was to change my mind about the order?
Unfortunately, we are not able to refund you unless there is a production-related error. All of our products are checked and prepared at the distribution centre by our quality control staff before distribution to our customers.

I would like to order a dress for my daughter who is 10 years old, but the children on the pictures on the website look so young. Will the dress fit her?
No problem! You can chose any of the dresses under the section and have it custom-made to children between 3 months to 12 years of age.

You will find when you click on the picture, either under the picture or on the white web address above the picture.
